Allocate Spaces to Organization Units

When you are working in the Space Floor Plan Viewer, you can adjust your space allocation.
- Access the Spaces Floor Plan Viewer.
- Select the space(s) you want to allocate, see Select Spaces.
- In this example, lets select multiple spaces, hold down the SHIFT key and then click-and-drag to select multiple spaces within an area. Then Edit Space form displays and it shows you how many spaces are selected.
- Click the Allocation tab.
- From the Org Unit drop-down, select the organization unit(s).
- Click the Save button.
