Eptura Workplace Compatibility Matrix

You can review the current information about the listed of third-party applications, components and devices (collectively Third-Party Applications) with which the Eptura Workplace platform is certified as of the Effective Date as compatible with the Eptura Workplace software products. This certification only applies to the Third-Party Applications listed (e.g. model and version number).

The information in this Eptura Workplace Compatibility Matrix is current as May 19, 2023  (the “Effective Date”). This Matrix provides a list of third-party applications, components, and devices (collectively Third-Party Applications) with which the Eptura Workplace platform is certified as of the Effective Date as compatible with the Eptura Workplace software products. This Certification only applies to the Third-Party Applications listed herein (e.g., model and version number). Migration to Third Party Applications may be required to be in compliance with the supported operability between Eptura Workplace products and those Third-Party Applications. All information contained herein are subject to change at any time with or without notice at Eptura Workplace’s sole and absolute discretion. Eptura Workplace reserves the right to change its support policies and to certify its Eptura Workplace platform and applications on new or different Third-Party Applications and to de-certify its platform and applications on any Third-Party Applications. The information contained in this Matrix does not alter Eptura Workplace product specifications or warranties. Nothing in this Matrix shall operate as an express or implied representation, warranty or indemnity concerning any of the Third-Party Applications. In no event will Eptura Workplace be liable for damages arising directly or indirectly from any use of the Third-Party Applications.

Eptura Workplace uses the concept of an “EVERGREEN” Version because it is a Software as a Service (SaaS).

Eptura Workplace continuously delivers upgrades to our solution.

As such, upgrades are pushed to clients on a continuous and regular basis. Therefore, clients are always kept on the latest version of the software. Eptura Workplace supports the following languages: English (US), English (UK), Chinese

(Simplified), Czech, French, Germany, Japanese, Portuguese (Brazil), Russian, Spanish (Spain), and Swedish.

iOffice Visitor App Badge Printer

The recommended badge

printer for the Visitor app is the Brother QL820NWB equipped with DK1202 labels. 

This printer option includes Wi-Fi and Ethernet providing you with multiple options for setting up your network environment. 

Note: The Brother QL720NW and QL710W are also compatible with the Visitor app when equipped with DK1202 labels.

However, the Brother QL710W printer option does not include an option to connect via Ethernet.

Single Sign-On (SSO)

Eptura Workplace supports a variety of federated identity options in partnership with Ping Identity. Specifics may vary between customers or protocol used. Business requirements define that the customer’s user information be loaded during application configuration, because of this requirement “just in time” or “on the fly” user provisioning is not supported. This means that only an identifying attribute needs to be sent in the assertion (as the SAML_SUBJECT).

SAML 2.0

Both Identity Provider (IdP)-initiated, and Service Provider (SP)-initiated Single Sign-On (SSO) are supported with SAML 2.0. Mobile apps use SP-initiated SSO authentication.
