Assign a Person to Neighborhood Space

When you have a neighborhood created on the floor, you can have a person assigned to a space, such as a workstation or office inside the neighborhood.

1. Access the Spaces Floor Plan Viewer.
2. Change the Color By to display the Neighborhoods.
3. For the space you want to assign, click the space and the Edit Space form displays.

4. From the Space Function drop-down, select ASSIGNABLE.
5. From the Assign to drop-down, select the person.

6. Click the Save button.

Now, when you hover over the person's name displays.
