New Eptura Mail App
Eptura Mail app gives mailroom teams a modern, mobile‑first way to manage deliveries from intake to handoff. Instead of relying on shared terminals, paper logs, or delayed updates, operators can update delivery status and capture proof of delivery directly from their mobile device as work is completed.
- Photo capture at check-in - Take a photo directly during check-in, with the option to reject and retake before finishing.
- Multiple images per item - Append additional photos to a mail item's record at check-in, so there's a full visual history of its condition on arrival.
- Photo capture at delivery - Take a photo as proof of delivery for individual items, with reject/retake support.
- Group delivery photo capture - Capture a single proof-of-delivery photo covering an entire batch of items delivered together, with the ability to append additional images or reject and retake.
- Check-in photos visible in the receiving queue - Staff can open a mail item record from the receiving queue and see its check-in photos without looking elsewhere.
- Refreshed visual identity - Reordered home screen header icons and an updated app launcher icon for a cleaner, more modern look.
