Access the Spaces Floor Plan Viewer

Level: Administrator
You can access the Spaces Floor Plan Viewer, from Eptura Home.
- From Eptura Home, click Portfolio Manager.
- Either search of the building or select the building' name from the All Locations grid.
- The building displays its floors and remember if a floor doesn't have a floor plan loaded then the 'View in Spaces' icon will be grayed out.
- For the floor you want, click the View in Spaces
icon and the Spaces Floor Plan Viewer displays.
If you want to go to a particular space, then, instead of clicking on the floor;
- Click the floor name to see the spaces listed.
- For the space you want to see, click the View in Spaces icon.
- When the Spaces Floor Plan Viewer opens, the space is highlighted on the floor plan and the edit space form displays.
