View Reservation Queue

The Reservation Queue lets you view the current reservations for the buildings. 

Navigate to Reservations > Reservation Queue and the Reservations Queue displays. When you are a Customer you will see your own reservations whereas other User Roles will see their reservations and all reservations.

From the Reservations Queue screen you can either:

  • (A) Building - Either search for the building or click the building name to browse the floors or spaces.
  • (B) Reservations - Search for the reservations
  • (C) Add New + - Click the Add New + to open the Space Availability tool which lets you reserve a space.
  • (D) Edit the reservation - Click the button and then the Reservation Details screen displays. You can change the date and time, host, or space.
  • (E) Ticket - When you use a space such as a desk or meeting room, and there is an issue that needs fixing, you can create a service request. Click the Ticket button to take you to the Create a New Request screen.
  • (F) Remove - Click the Remove button and the message "Removing the item will cancel the reservation. Are you sure". Click the Yes and the reservation is deleted.

The Ticket button will only display when you have the Service Request module.
