Track location, contract terms, and ongoing maintenance of tangible assets in real-time. From printers to copiers, fire extinguishers to coffee makers, the Asset module can be used to track data for each asset.

Asset module includes the following features:

• Agreements - Track contract details and expiration dates; this provides you with financial information on leased versus owned equipment, and retaining information about contracts, warranties, and insurance, as well as information about the configurations and capabilities of each machine.
• Manage Inventory - Keep an up-to-date inventory.
• Manage Meter Reads - Track the utilization of assets and achieve optimal use of them.
• Asset Reports - Report on assets using various metrics.
