Review the analytics for the route duration, items delivered, and age of pending queues.

From the Home screen, tap Analytics. Route duration The timer tracks the total duration of the route per day. It begins when an operator delivers the first item and stops when the final item is delivered. If the route is not completed, the timer resets at the mail center opening hours. Items delivered Displays the items delivered and the percentage. Age of pending queue The cart shows how long items have been waiting in the pending queue. Items are grouped by age: 0 days, 1-5 days, 6-10 days, and 11+days. The count below each bar indicates how many items fall into that range, giving visibility into both recent and older pending work. |
