View your Reservations

Navigate to Reservations > My Reservations and your reservations display in a list.

From the My Reservations screen you can either:

  • (A) Calendar - Use the calendar to select the date. The reservation listing displays the list from the selected date. 
  • (B) Create Reservation - Click the Create Reservation to open the Space Availability tool which lets you reserve a space.
  • (C) Search - You can search by reservation notes, reservation description, space name, space description, space type, floor name, or building name.
  • (D) Delete - Click the Delete button and the message "Removing the item will cancel the reservation. Are you sure". Click the Yes and the reservation is deleted.
  • (E) Create Service Request - When you use a space such as a desk or meeting room, and there is an issue that needs fixing, you can create a service request. Click the Create Service Request button to take you to the Create a New Request screen.
  • (F) Edit Details - Click the button and then the Reservation Details screen displays.

This gives you the choice to:

  • (1) You an change the space.
  • (2) Delete the reservation.
  • (3) You can change the date and time of the reservation.
  • (4) If you see on the screen the Change Host button, then this lets you create a reservation for someone else. This will only display if you have the Operator, Administrator, or Site Administrator role.
  • (5) Enter reservations notes.

When you are ready, click the Done button and the reservation is updated.
