The Space module brings everyone together and includes details of your locations (buildings and floors), floor plans, allocations, occupancy, and space types. It will provide you with accurate, real-time information about your facility's space and its usage.  You will find this module is very visual and colorful. 

The purpose of this module is:

  • Provide you with detailed floor plans and comprehensive space information, such as room type, square footage, occupant name, etc. This is where you can see how your space is being used and manage your available space more efficiently.
  • Search floor plans for quick location of occupants, assets, voice or data jacks.
  • Coordinate employee moves, onboarding, and offboarding. The Space module works in conjunction with the Move module.
