Information on other printers:

Wi-Fi Connection
Badge printers must be on the same Wi-Fi or wired network as the iPad device.

- Open the Visitor app and tap the badge 5 times.
- The menu displays, tap Settings.
- Tap the Label Printer tab.
- Tap the Enable Printer toggle to ON.
- Optional - Make sure the AirPrint toggle is set to OFF. If you turn the AirPrint toggle to ON, the most up-to-date plugin will not be used and the print quality may be affected.

When a printer is selected, the printer is paired and ready to use for printing visitor badges during check-in.
