Submit a Move Request
You can quickly submit a request.

- Navigate to Move > Submit Request and the Create Move Request screen displays.
- In the Requester field, your name will display. If you want, you can change the requester's name to be another person's name.
- In the Description field, enter a meaningful description. This can be used when searching for the service request.
- From the Move Date calendar picker, select the moving date.
- If you need to add a comment, then enter the comment and click the Add Comment button.
- To attach other documents, click the Attachment tab and either then drag on the attachment on to the area OR click the area to upload the attachment.
- In the Move Items area, click the +Create Move Item button and the pop-menu displays.
The request types displayed are set up by your Administrator; learn more in Add, Edit, or Delete Request Types.
- Select the request type you want. In this example, we will select Employee Move.
- In the Who are you moving? field, search the the employee's name. Note there is an advance search if you want to use a filter.
- In the To Space? field, browse to the space and select it.
- Click the Create Move Item button and the move request is created.
- Next, you can review the details:
- Overview - This is where you can create and send notifications out.
- Move Items - If needed, you can add more move items to this Move Request.
- Cost - Review the cost of the move items. The costs are set up by your Administrator, learn more Set up the Move Costs.
- Service Request - If needed, create a service request ticket and this can be useful if you have equipment that needs to be moved or if you have a particular request for the space you are moving into.
- Move request details including the From and To spaces.
- Occupant Details
- User Allocations
- Assets
- Additional Information
- When you are finished, click the Submit Request button and your Move Request is sent off to the Move Request Queue.
