Correcting TLS Certificate Issues

iOFFICE uses transport layer security (TLS) to protect your data in transit between your browser and the data center. Depending on how your company's network is configured, it may be necessary to remove the data cached in the web browser to ensure the most recent version of the certificate is cached. This is especially important when a TLS certificate is updated.

Use the following procedure to clear your cache if you are having issues accessing the iOFFICE application after a TLS certificate update.

IMPORTANT! - If you are still having issues after clearing your cache using one of the following procedures, contact your IT department and request that they clear their TLS cache
