Assign Assets to a Service Request
If you want to assign assets to a service request ticket, perform the following steps.
Select the current Service Request ticket you would like to edit. If you want to create a new request, use Create a New Request. Otherwise, the rest of the steps will assume you are using an already created service request.
Under the Asset section, tap Edit.
Enter your asset information, or use your mobile device to scan the barcode. Tap the appropriate asset.
