Create and Manage Reservations with the Hummingbird Add-in

Use the Hummingbird add-in in Outlook to search for and reserve rooms. Optimize your room booking experience using the combined powers of Outlook and Hummingbird. Control the meeting date, time, title, meeting link, attendees, and attachments in Outlook and search for the room resource that best fits your meeting using the Hummingbird add-in. Learn how to create, edit, and cancel reservations in Outlook with the Hummingbird add-in.

Create a Reservation

  1. Click the Calendar Icon
  2. Click the appointments button located in the upper left-hand corner

  1. Click Hummingbird For Outlook Icon
  2. Click Login

5. Fill in credentials

  1. Select a space
  2. Choose Start and End date and time
  3. Click the Send button

Edit a Reservation

  1. Double click the Reservation
  2. Adjust date and time
  3. Click Send Update

Cancel a Reservation

  1. Double click the Reservation
  2. Click Cancel Meeting
  3. Click Send Cancelation
