Service Request Administration
Level: Administrator
To make administrative changes in the Service Request module, you need to have appropriate permissions.
- Navigate to Admin > Service Request and the Service Request menu displays.
The Service Request menu lets you navigate to the following:
- Request Types - manage the types of requests
- Priorities - manage the service request's priorities
- Scheduled Tasks - manage the service request's scheduled tasks
- Service Request Companies - manage the maintenance companies
- Preferences - manage the Service Request module's preference settings
- Fields - mange the Service Request fields
- Customize - modify the layout of the Service Request module
