Service Request Administration

Level: Administrator

To make administrative changes in the Service Request module, you need to have appropriate permissions.

  • Navigate to Admin > Service Request and the Service Request menu displays.

The Service Request menu lets you navigate to the following:

  • Request Types - manage the types of requests
  • Priorities - manage the service request's priorities
  • Scheduled Tasks - manage the service request's scheduled tasks
  • Service Request Companies - manage the maintenance companies
  • Preferences - manage the Service Request module's preference settings
  • Fields - mange the Service Request fields
  • Customize - modify the layout of the Service Request module
