We have added a new feature to help you enforce move time restrictions on your move requests.
The feature can be seen when an employee attempts to schedule a move for a date when your operation is not available. Instead of allowing this to occur, we have added a feature to the move module that generates a pop-up that notifies the requester that the operational team is unavailable at the time of request and will not allow that time to be scheduled. The pop-up also provides information on the hours of operation in which the facility is available.
Hopefully, this will help you more effectively manage customer expectations in fulfilling move requests. This feature does not apply to administrators or operators allowing you to schedule work out of normal business hours.
