Auto-Cancelation of Reservation Requests Now Available
The Reservation Module has recently been enhanced. Your Reservation Module now has the ability to automatically cancel a reservation request.
Previously, if a reservation was made, but the attendees ended up not using the room, the room was shown as unavailable for the duration of the reservation request. This was a wasted room. Now if this preference is enabled all reservations will require that an attendee must check into the room at a specified timeframe after the reservation begins, or the reservation will be canceled. This is based on an administrator checkbox and specified timeframe.
