Enhanced Search in Space Desktop - 2020 June

iOFFICE now has enhanced search capabilities in Space Desktop. The new search capabilities have additional filtering relative to the logged-in user's assigned space which helps users find data within their assigned space quicker. The filters include the following:

  • All (show all results, no filters)
  • My Center (see all search results in a building with logged-in person's assigned space center)
  • My Building (see all search results in logged-in person's assigned building)
  • My Floor (see all search results in logged-in person's assigned floor)

iOFFICE also now has the ability to quickly search for Markers within Space Desktop. This feature allows for quickly searching for those important points of interest such as hand sanitizer stations. To quickly search for a marker navigate to Space Desktop and type the of the marker in the search field, the filtered results will then show.
