New API Endpoint - Archived Service Requests

A new API endpoint is being added to allow you to pull archived service request tickets, expanding on the already robust service request functionality available in the iOFFICE REST API. Once completed, the new endpoint information will be available in the maintenance section of the REST API documentation.
