Additional Service Request Notifications

Additional notifications can now be sent to operators when changes are made to service requests in the Service Request module. When comments are added to a ticket or a ticket is canceled, any operator assigned to the request will receive both a push notification to their mobile device and an email notifying them of the update. With this feature, operators receive multiple alerts for each update, allowing them to easily access the necessary information regardless of whether they are using the desktop or mobile version of the Service Request module.
