Update Service Request E-Mail Notification

The Service Request mobile application has been enhanced. E-mail notifications from Service Request  now contain hyperlinks that open right in the Service Request app. If users do not currently have the mobile application installed, the link will direct them to the app in the Google Play or iTunes app store.
