New Direct Support Line Announcement - 2019 July

Customer Support has a new and direct toll-free number to allow us to respond even faster to your needs. Previously, clients who wanted to speak directly to a support team member would call the main iOFFICE line at 713-526-1029. Now, when callers dial 713-526-1029, they will select from a prompt to reach Customer Service, Sales, Accounts Payable, or our employee directory.

Going forward, clients who need to speak to a Customer Service representative should call 1-800-505-0224 to contact Support directly and without waiting for a prompt.

IMPORTANT! - You can continue to submit support tickets and use 713-526-1029 for everything else (including if you need to contact someone at iOFFICE directly or have general questions about your account).
