Improved Request Types Screen

We have updated the Request Types screen in the Admin module with a sleek and modern design. Request types are now grouped by category and product, providing administrators with a more intuitive and organized interface for maintaining request types. 

Note: The Request Types screen is accessed by selecting Admin → Service Request → Request Types from the sidebar.

New Request Types screen - Admin

To edit a category, product, or request type, simply click on the item you want to edit. You can also reorder request types by clicking the Reorder button - 3 bars  (Reorder) button next to the request type and dragging it to a new location.

This redesigned screen provides administrators with an experience consistent with other modernized screens in the iOFFICE application. The new layout will be available to customers in the coming weeks. Administrators will have the option to switch between the new and old layouts prior to a complete shift, but we encourage you to familiarize yourself with the new screen as soon as possible.
