Define Visitor Registration Email

You can now customize the visitor registration email sent to hosts when a visitor is registered into the Visitor module or app. This new feature can help you provide hosts with more specific information, such as the location of the visitor lobby or whether the host is required to escort the visitor on premise.

In addition, when the visitor has the opportunity to take their picture upon registration, such as when the new Visitor app is implemented, the picture of the visitor is included in the registration email. This new feature allows hosts to verify the identity of a visitor prior to greeting the visitor in the lobby, which can increase security on site.

With these enhancements, hosts can identify and greet their visitors in a more timely and informed fashion, reducing lobby congestion and improving the overall visitor experience.
