There is a new update for the Service Request app and it is now available in the Google Play store. This update will provide support for Android version 9.0 and up.

For Android users only, support for push notifications will no longer be available and all notifications will move to email-only. Users currently using push notifications will need to rely on email notifications. To activate email notifications, navigate to Admin > Service Requests > Preferences > enable Operator Notifications and/or Operator Updates.

Push notifications will continue to work in-app on existing download of the Android mobile app if configured, until the app version is upgraded by the user.

For iOS users, push notifications will be unaffected, and no action is required.
