You can now add custom fields from the Service Request module to reports created in the Insights module. When creating a new report in the Service Request domain, you can use the new Service Request Additional Info field set to add custom fields to the report.
Note: Custom fields for the Service Request module are added on the Fields screen, which is accessed by selecting Admin → Service Request → Fields. As a part of this change, the field used to change the custom field type has been deactivated to allow for accurate and historic reporting on fields in the Service Request module. For more information on defining fields for the Service Request module, contact your Account Manager.
Using the custom fields on Service Request reports, you can now gain an additional depth of access to your service request data.
