Preregistered visitors can now edit their visitor record information from the iPad Visitor app. This new feature saves receptionists time by allowing visitors to edit their information during the registration process. Once a visitor enters their phone number, email, or scans their preregistration QR code, visitors see the information entered during preregistration. Visitors can now edit misspellings or other incorrect information on their visitor record and register with accurate information. All changes made by the visitor are updated in the Visitor module.
By allowing visitors to update their information directly, this enhancement saves time and increases efficiency in the visitor registration process.
