General Maintenance
Released January 18th
- Mail - We resolved an issue where scanning a barcode while checking in a package resulted in a duplicate record.
- Reservations - In the new calendar service used for integrating with customer’s Outlook/Exchange environment, we resolved an issue where events canceled by the exchange admin for an inactive user were not properly updating in workplace.
General Maintenance
Released January 3rd
- Service Request - When you update multiple schedule tasks, the Edit screen now remains on the right-hand side.
- Move - When you select the Advance search within a ticket, the Match All filter now displays users that the match all filters.
- Reservations - Reservation is checked in and not canceled due to time-out, and the screen displays ‘You have been checked into your reservation, thanks!’ when you click the Check-in Now button.
