Multi-Day Reservations Enhancement
Released August 21st
We have updated the following for multi-day reservations:
- The validation logic for the ‘max lead time’ rule when booking a multi-day event to verify that the last date of the booking falls within the configured ‘max lead time’ allowed.
- The validation logic for the ‘max lead time’ rule, so that when a user creates a booking that spans across calendar days where the building is not open (like a weekend) those days do not count against the max lead time allowed.
- The validation message presented when the end date of a booking violates the ‘max lead time’ allowed to read 'Oops! ‘Reservation end date violates max lead time rule’ to bring clarity to the end user as to why their booking is not being accepted.

General Maintenance
Released August 21st
- Reservations - In the calendar view within the Reservations Space Availability screen, the event end time for multi-day events was not displaying as expected. We have fixed this.
- Hummingbird App - Users were unable to create a weekly recurring event for a particular day, in Hummingbird when a max duration rule was in place. This was annoying, so have corrected this.
- Sensors - When you have Sensors in your office, now, the auto check-in and cancellation workflows are working as expected.
