Space Administrator Enhancement

Released October 23rd

In the old view of Space Administrator, Admins aren’t allowed to add a given building to more than one Space or Reservations center to maintain data integrity. We updated our validation logic to enforce this in the new Space Administrator screen as well.  When you try to add the building to the center the message “Cannot add this center because a Space center is already assigned to this building.”

Service Request Enhancement

We made a small UI enhancement to update the ‘edit’ buttons on the Service Request queue page to adopt a fresher look.

Workplace Calendar Service V2 Enhancement

Released October 23rd

Customers adopting the Workplace Calendar Service V2 (Graph/Nylas) are now provided with a validation step when executing a bulk upload of room resource calendars from the ‘Manage Calendars’ page. This validation will check for duplicate room resource calendar emails and space IDs in the customer provided .csv file. If duplicates are present, then an alert displays the message “There are duplicate calendar emails in your CSV file. No records were saved. Please review your data and reattempt the upload.” Also, note that the upload will be canceled and no partial updates will be made.

The instructions on the screen have been updated.

General Maintenance - Oct 23rd

  • Space - After the annotation was created, there was misalignment between the floor viewer layout and the annotation overlay. This has been fixed.
  • Wayfinder Kiosk - The kiosks were refreshing too often when there was no change in the underlying data. This has been fixed.
  • Insights - The "Managed Asset" field is now synced into the Asset List report.

Insights Schedule Reports Enhancement

Released October 3rd

In the Insights module, you can set up a schedule for the auto-generation and delivery by email of standard or customer reports. Now you will be able to select an option where the report attachment is sent in a compressed format, such as a .zip file.

Recurring Reservations Report Enhancement

Released October 3rd

Updated the options for the field ‘Created From’ for Reservations to include the following options - exchange, web, mobile, or kiosk. This field is now available in the Reservations domain in Insights for use in building reports related to reservation activity.

  • Hummingbird App - Some iOS and Android users were having trouble logging into Hummingbird mobile; this has been fixed. 
  • Workplace Calendar Service V2 -  Improved syncing of events between MS Outlook/Exchange and Workplace Calendar Service V2 (Graph/Nylas). 
  • Reservations  
    • Some users were receiving an error when checking into an event; this has been fixed.
    • Resolved an issue where the ‘include all members’ of a neighborhood reservation rule was not being honored in the floor plan view. 
    • User’s bookings were being canceled after the user checked in via email or via the Hummingbird app; that was annoying, so we fixed this.

  • Mail - Some customers were not receiving reminder emails for package pickups, this has been fixed.
