Insights Schedule Reports Enhancement

Released October 3rd

In the Insights module, you can set up a schedule for the auto-generation and delivery by email of standard or customer reports. Now you will be able to select an option where the report attachment is sent in a compressed format, such as a .zip file.

Recurring Reservations Report Enhancement

Released October 3rd

Updated the options for the field ‘Created From’ for Reservations to include the following options - exchange, web, mobile, or kiosk. This field is now available in the Reservations domain in Insights for use in building reports related to reservation activity.

  • Hummingbird App - Some iOS and Android users were having trouble logging into Hummingbird mobile; this has been fixed. 
  • Workplace Calendar Service V2 -  Improved syncing of events between MS Outlook/Exchange and Workplace Calendar Service V2 (Graph/Nylas). 
  • Reservations  
    • Some users were receiving an error when checking into an event; this has been fixed.
    • Resolved an issue where the ‘include all members’ of a neighborhood reservation rule was not being honored in the floor plan view. 
    • User’s bookings were being canceled after the user checked in via email or via the Hummingbird app; that was annoying, so we fixed this.

  • Mail - Some customers were not receiving reminder emails for package pickups, this has been fixed.
