Large Move Workflow
When you have a large move that needs to happen then you can use the Move module to complete this. An example of a large move can be for a team or department employees moving to a new location within your organization. The workflow below describes the flow, procedures, and the email notifications that are sent out.
Day 1 to 7 - Submit and Review

After a move request is created it is submitted into the Move Request Queue and the "Submission Email" is sent out to the Requester.
Your organization may require a move to be approval. The Move Approval can be triggered based on cost, size, or location.

Day 8 to 9 - Approval

The user who approves the move has the option to either:
- Approve - When the move request is approved the "Approval Email" is sent to the Requester and the "Movee Email on Approval Email" is sent to the Movees.
- Reject - When the move request rejected the "Rejection Email" is sent out to the Requester.

Day 10 to 14 - Get Ready

Before the move is actioned, the Move Team can either:
- Edit the Move Request - If need Service Requests can be created or linked for tasks that relate to the move. When a move request is updated an "Update Email" is sent to the Requester and Movee. If the move request is cancelled then the "Cancellation Email" is sent out.
- Print Label & Placards - These are useful for labelling boxes and giving directions to the employees who are moving.

Day 14 to 15 - Moving

On the moving day the user will complete the physical move and if needed the floor plan can be printed out. This can help your employees to find their new space location and orientate themselves on the floor.
The Move Team will archive the move request to make the change live into the Space Desktop. The "Archive Email" is sent out to the Requester so they know the move is complete.
