Update to Google Service Account Calendar Integration - 2020 September

Note: No action is required for iOFFICE customers that set up their Google Calendar integration before March 2, 2020. 

We have recently changed the way Google Calendar integrates with the iOFFICE Reservations Module to schedule events. As of March 2, 2020, Google no longer allows service accounts to invite users to events without using domain-wide delegation of authority (impersonation). As a result, we are requiring all iOFFICE customers with Google service accounts created after March 2, 2020 to add a new user on your domain and share all resource calendars for rooms or desks with that user. This new user is the user through which iOFFICE will schedule events on your resource calendars.

Please follow this detailed guide to set up your Google Calendar integration if your service account was created after March 2, 2020.
