Audits

This is a centralized interface designed to empower Managers and Senior-level users with visibility into employee actions across the system. This module can be found within the Settings area and will serve as a critical tool for compliance, remediation, and investigative workflows. Learn more in the Audit article.

Enhancements

• Inspection List - Performance Upgrade -  Improved loading performance for the Inspection List grid, especially with large datasets. 
• Purchase Order List - Performance Upgrade -  Improved loading performance for the Purchase Order List grid, especially with large datasets.
• Work Orders - Retains List Position -  Navigating from the Work Orders list to a record's details and back no longer resets your place in the list.
• Preventive Maintenance - Add Filter Plan Categories - Added the ability to filter Preventive Maintenance plans by Plan Category, making it easier to find specific plans.

General Maintenance

• Asset Module
  • Fixed an issue when the Distance Meter: Meter Reset on Distance log type is entered in as raw value incorrectly when the Site is Imperial.
  • Asset Module - Fixed an issue where the Asset Import didn’t recognize a global vendor unless the site is set for them.
• Assets, Work Orders, Inventory, and PM Modules - Fixed an issue where the column search/filter for Date type Custom Field was not working.
• Settings Module - Fixed an issue so that now all work orders display for the site where the restrict is not enabled, and only work orders you are assigned to for restricted site.
• GeoTab Connector - SDK updated to support new gen devices.
