Working on a Work Order
When you are working on the work order, you will see the tabs:
- Details
- Asset
- Tasks - Work orders that contain an Inspection will have this as a task, see Working on an Inspection.
Details tab
The Details tab contains the following:

The Asset tab contains the following:

Tasks tab
The Tasks tab contains the list of tasks to be completed. |

If you need to add a task, tap the Add Task button and then search for a task. When you find the task you want, tap on the task and then it is added to the list. |

Work on a Task
The task will contain a menu so that you can add the following: |

Parts
When you want to use a part in the task, tap the Parts icon.
You can either scan the part by the barcode or tap the Add a Part button to search for the part. If needed, you can change the warehouse and then search for the part.
Tap the part name and it is added to the work order.
Labor
When you start working on the task, tap the Labor icon and then you can start the timer.
If later you need to adjust the labor time, then tap the Add Labor Hours button and make the adjustment.
Comment
As you work on the tasks, it is easy to add internal or public notes into the work order.
Tap the Comments icon.
Tap the + icon and enter your notes.
The Public and Internal button show what type of note you are adding.
When you have finished, tap the Done button.
Costs
Tap the Costs icon.
The Costs will be added to the mobile app soon.
Photos & Attachments
If you need to provide photos of the work, then tap the Photos icon.
Tap the + Add button and then tap either New photo or existing photo.
If you want to add URL link, then tap URL.
Complete a Task
When you have finished the task, tap the Mark as Complete button.
