Requests Overview

The Request Module is where incoming requests from customers and employees are logged and managed. Requests are separate from work orders but they are linked together so that the requestor and the workers fulfilling the request can update and communicate with each other. Requests can be submitted directly in the module or through the Request Portal.

Modules and Portals

Customers and employees can submit requests through a Request Portal. These requests are then logged and managed in the Request Module in Eptura Asset. You can create rules that automatically generate a work order for the requests or you can create them manually as needed.
