Add Photos to an Inspection Template

Photos are used to add quick visual proof of findings and results to an inspection.

Below is an example of a Photos section.

Create a Photos Section

  1. Select the section within the body of the Inspection Template and type and title. Click anywhere away from the field or press "enter" on your keyboard to save the title.

  1. Select the Question / Action field and select Photos as the format.

  1. Define how many Photos are added to the inspection.

Additional Settings

  • Description - Add a description or further instructions to the section.
  • Required - Photos must be uploaded to complete the inspection.

The Photos section is now ready for use on the Inspection Template.
