Email a Work Order to the Assigned Employee
After you complete your work order you can quickly email the work order to the assigned employee.
- Navigate to Work Orders.
- Create a new Work Order or open an already existing Work Order.
If creating a new Work Order, all required fields must be filled in and then saved before you can proceed to Step 3.
- Click the Email icon.
- Click on the Add + icon, then, select the employee you want to send the email to from the drop-down menu.
- After you selected the employee, a message may be added to the email, then select Send.
