Requests

Requests can be submitted directly in the module or through the Request Portal. The Request Module is where incoming requests from customers and employees are logged and managed. 

This module gives you the ability to:

• Decide what information is required on work requests. 
• Decide who can submit work requests.
• Maintenance staff or employees can submit work requests to the maintenance supervisor.
• Manage incoming work requests, and turn them into work orders.
• Requests and work orders are linked together so that the requestor and the workers fulfilling the request can update and communicate with each other.
