Notify Overview

The Notify module lets you set up automated email notifications and automated tasks. Additionally, it will let you do the following:

To access Notify, complete the following:

  1. From the menu, click Settings.
  2. Under the Tools and Support menu, click Notify. 

The Notify Implementation screen displays with the All Records selected. This displays the implemented notifications. Learn how to create a new email notification or an automated scheduled task.

View Email Notification Implementations

In the Filter panel, click on the Email Templates expand arrow to see the available email notifications.

View Scheduled Task Implementations

In the Filter panel, click on the Automated Tasks expand arrow to see the automated scheduled tasks.

Preview a Notification

You can preview a notification to see if the layout meets your requirements.

  1. Click the Preview clipboard_eb5af2851eab398f46cace963f7ced149.png icon.
  2. The notification displays.

Edit an Implemented Email Notification or Scheduled Task

You can edit an implemented email notification or scheduled tasks and different tabs will display.

Delete an Implemented Email Notification or Scheduled Task

If you no longer need the implementation, then it can be deleted.

  1. Click the Delete clipboard_edae5267e50a494072ac93cdd3108bd7a.png icon and the confirmation message displays "This will delete the "name". Do you still want to continue?"
  2. Click the Yes button and it is deleted.
