Scan an Asset’s Work Request QR code
Labeling an asset with a QR Code will give requesters a direct link to your Request Portal with the asset's information already filled out. This allows for ease of use, eliminating the need to manually search for the asset within the Eptura Asset application.

- Open your device's camera app.
- Scan the QR code and then you are directed you to the Request Portal.
- Enter the purpose of the request.
- Enter a description of the issue.
- Enter your email address.
- If needed, tap the Take a Picture using your device's camera.
- Tap the Submit button.
The Work Request is created and the confirmation displays.
