Update a PM Details

The PMs Details panel, lets you update the following:

  1. From the menu, click PMs and the PM Management screen displays.
  2. From the list view, click a PM. The PM Details panel displays.


PM Progress

This displays the progress and if you need to the progress can be adjusted.

  1. Click the PM Progress expand icon.
  2. Click the Adjust Progress expand icon.
  3. From the Next Date drop-down, select either Next Date or Last Done.
  4. Click the Date picker, select a date.



This lets you assign a vendor.

  1. Click the Vendors expand icon.
  2. Fom the Assigned Vendor drop-down, select the vendor.


Assign Contacts

The contact is the person completing the work, so here you can assign a technician.

  1. Click the Assigned Contacts expand icon.


  1. Click the Add Contact button. The Contacts dialog displays.


  1. Either search for or browse the list for to find the worker's name.
  2. Check the contacts's check box. The first assigned contact will be designated as Primary and a badge displays. 
  3. Click the Add Selected button.

The contact name is added.

When you have many contacts, then only one contact can be the primary contact and, if needed, you can change the primary contact.


PM History

This displays the history of the preventive maintenance. If need you can click the work order number to open the completed work order.
