Cycle Counts

Cycle Counts module allows you to count, audit, or stocktake the Inventory levels you already have on hand. 

• If your physical inventory is lower than what the Inventory shows, the cycle count will decrease your stock numbers.
• If you physical inventory is more than what the Inventory shows, a cycle count will increase those stocking levels without creating a new expenditure (as you have previously spent funds to acquire the parts).  Any increase on a cycle count will add to your inventory value, without creating  a new expenditure.  

This module lets you:

• Create and complete Cycle Counts
• Import and export parts into an open Cycle Count
• Update bin locations and costs while performing your audits
• Count inventory by:
  • Bin Location
  • Part Type
  • Highest-price parts
  • Inventory shortages, where you can count your parts that appear to be low before placing a purchase order
  • Inventory that hasn't been counted recently
  • Specific parts
• Order recounts, if the numbers appear off
