Navigate the BI Menu
You will find in Business Intelligence module's menu a list of standard reports/dashboards and a section for the custom reports.
Standard Reports
These reports are pre-built reports that are available for you to either use "as is" or to duplicate and then customize the report/dashboard. When you click the report menu, you will only see the following menu items:
- Run Report
- Export As
- Schedule Report
- Email Report
- Duplicate
Custom Reports
This section is where you can duplicate and then customize a report. When you click on the report menu item, you will see the following menu items:
- Edit
- Run Report
- Export As
- Schedule Report
- Email Report
- Rename
- Duplicate
- Delete
- Download
