Edit an Email Notification

You can easily edit an email notification.

  1. From the Notify Implementation list, click on the implementation name and this will have the type List. The Implementation Details form displays.

  1. In the Details tab, this is where you can update the name, description, and schedule.
  2. Click the Subscriptions tab.

  1. This is where you can add or remove people to a subscription or you can change role restrictions. See Subscribe to a Notification for more details.
  2. Click the Criteria / Options tab.

  1. Modify or remove the criteria, just like you did in the set wizard and the options can be adjusted.
  2. Click the Layout tab.

  1. If you find the email notification doesn't meet your requirements, then you can make the adjustments. Either add or remove fields; change the field order, or the size of the field.
  2. After you make any changes make sure you click the Save button.
