Edit an Email Notification
You can easily edit an email notification.
- From the Notify Implementation list, click on the implementation name and this will have the type List. The Implementation Details form displays.
- In the Details tab, this is where you can update the name, description, and schedule.
- Click the Subscriptions tab.
- This is where you can add or remove people to a subscription or you can change role restrictions. See Subscribe to a Notification for more details.
- Click the Criteria / Options tab.
- Modify or remove the criteria, just like you did in the set wizard and the options can be adjusted.
- Click the Layout tab.
- If you find the email notification doesn't meet your requirements, then you can make the adjustments. Either add or remove fields; change the field order, or the size of the field.
- After you make any changes make sure you click the Save button.
