Print Barcodes for Parts

Before you can print the barcodes, you will need to install the Barcode Client (cloud printing service) set up it with access to the barcode printer, see Set up the Barcode Client.

 

  1. Navigate to Inventory and the Inventory Management screen displays. You may need to switch your warehouse to see your parts; see Where's my Part?
  2. From the asset list, filter for the parts(s) you want to print the barcode label for. Learn how in customize the Inventory View.
  3. Either select all the parts or select individual part(s).

  1. Click the More Actions clipboard_e799fe220bbee3c806212715c14c04a9a.png icon.
  2. Select Print Barcodes and the Print Barcode Labels dialog displays.
  3. From the Label Printer, select the printer.

  1. Click the Print button and the barcodes labels are sent to the printer.
