Review the Work Orders
Browse the work orders
After you have signed in, you will see the work orders displayed on the screen OR you will see the tabs My work and All work. This depends on how your Administrator has set up the Restrict to Assigned setting for your Security Role, learn more in Security Roles and Roles Management.
It is important to note that the work orders are from all your Sites that the current user has access to.
All Work
After you have signed in, you will see the work orders by priority, with the most urgent work at the top of the list. When your Security Role has the Restrict to Assigned setting enabled, then you will only see your assigned work orders.

My work and All Work
When your Security Role doesn't have the Restrict to Assigned setting enabled, then you will see the tabs.

Change the grouping
Tap the Group By drop-down, select either Due Date or Schedule Date, and then tap Done.
Tap a group to display the work orders in a list.

From the work order list, you can either:
- filter by due date, schedule date, site, asset category and sub-category, work type, or work order.
- search for a work order number, purpose, description, failure code, asset ID, and asset description.

Search for work orders
If you are looking for a particular work order, then you can tap the Search
icon.
