Submit a Passed Inspection

Depending on the asset, you will need to complete an inspection to make sure it is in operating condition. In this article, the example used is a monthly inspection for an fire extinguisher. You will learn what happens when the asset passes an inspection.

Start and submit a passed inspection


  1. From the list, tap the Work Order.
  2. Tap the Tasks tab.
  3. Tap the Start Inspection button and you can start to work on the inspection.

  1. Tap the Next button to display the inspection.

  1. Then you can start to work on the inspection.

  1. When you are finished, tap the Submit button and the sign off displays.
  2. Tap either the Unsafe or Safe button and then the Submit inspection button.

  1. Tap the Okay button.

  1. Then tap back to the task list.
