Work Orders

The Work Orders module contains your maintenance history. When you understand your work orders, then you can track what is being worked on, who is doing the work, track the costs involved, and what parts are used. The more you provide accurate information in your work orders, the more Eptura Asset can anticipate your maintenance needs in the future. The work order module includes:

  • Create and complete Work Orders.
  • Assign and track who is doing the work.
  • Include labor, service tasks, parts, and other costs.
  • Maintain employee and vendor labor records.
  • Maintain parts and supplies.
  • Attach external documentation.

Additionally, the key performance indicators make it easy to track the process of the work orders.
