Download and Sign in to Eptura Asset App

Download and Install

From your mobile device, search in the Android Play and Apple App stores for the app called Eptura Asset.

When you first open the app, the Welcome screen displays. Tap the Get Started > button.
Then you will need to enter the workspace name and this will be provided to you by Eptura. The format will be {company_name} and we have kept it simple, so no need for long URLs with https, slashes, and dots.
Single Sign On (SSO) Magic OR Manual Sign in Depending on how the SSO is set up you will either be automatically signed into the Eptura Asset app or you will be prompted to manually sign in. When you manually sign in, you will see: Login - If your company is using Eptura Asset and Eptura platform services, then tap the Login button. Login with Heritage - If your company is using Eptura Asset, then tap the Login with Heritage button. Next, in the Email/Username field, enter your username and in the Password field enter your password. Then tap the Continue button.
Next, you will be prompted to set a 4-digit pin and confirm it.
